The Inland Empire moves a lot of freight. Warehouses, distribution centers, contractors, and growing fleets all need trailers, and many of them need the flexibility to add or return equipment as their volume changes. If you're based in Fontana, Perris, or the surrounding area, here's what to know about leasing or buying a trailer close to home.
Why a nearby yard matters
When you lease a trailer, you're not just choosing a trailer. You're choosing who delivers it, who picks it up, and who you call when something comes up. A yard close to your site means faster delivery, easier swaps, and fewer delays.
We have two Inland Empire locations. Fontana is at 16235 Valley Boulevard, Fontana, CA 92335, and we also serve customers from our Perris location. Both can be reached at (909) 355-4949. Our own trucks and drivers handle delivery and pickup, so there's no third-party carrier in the middle.
What you can lease or buy
- Dry vans (48' and 53'), the standard enclosed trailer for general freight
- Liftgate trailers (40'), for loading and unloading where there's no dock
- Flatbeds, for oversized or irregular loads
- Storage trailers, delivered to your lot and left there
Not sure which one fits? Our guide to dry vans, liftgates, and flatbeds explains how they differ. You can also browse the full fleet.
How terms work
You can choose a short-term rental, a longer-term lease, or a lease with a purchase option that lets you buy the trailer later. If you're building a fleet and want to own, we sell new and used trailers too. Which route makes sense depends on how steady your volume is and how long you'll need the equipment, and we walk through the tradeoff in Leasing vs. Buying a Trailer.
Seasonal and overflow needs
Many Inland Empire businesses see their volume swing hard in the fall and winter. A storage trailer delivered to your lot is a simple way to add space for a few months without renting more warehouse. If you're planning ahead for peak season, read Storage Trailers for Holiday Overflow, and for a sense of what drives pricing, see How Much Does It Cost to Lease a Storage Trailer in California?
Tracking and service
Every trailer we lease ships with satellite GPS tracking already active, so you can see where your equipment is. If a trailer needs attention, our mobile maintenance team comes to you instead of making you bring it in. If you need somewhere to park or stage trailers, ask about our parking and drop yard service and which location has space.
