Celebrating Father's Day With Our Team

Every year, we pause the shop for an afternoon to celebrate the dads on our team, the guys who show up early, work hard, and still make it home in time for dinner.

This Father's Day, we grilled, ate way too much cake, and took a minute to say thank you to the fathers who make up so much of what makes Southwest, Southwest: reliable, hardworking, and always showing up for the people who depend on them, at work and at home.

To every dad on our crew: we see the work you put in, and we're grateful to do it alongside you. Happy Father's Day.
